As we focus on creating an experience that remains as much enjoyable as it is safe, we have updated our health and safety procedures:

• Guests and colleagues are required to wear face masks in all indoor public spaces except when drinking or dining. We are happy to provide masks to guests should they need one.
• Guests and colleagues are asked to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from other groups whenever possible.
• We clean and disinfect all high-touch areas in public spaces regularly— this includes tabletop surfaces, handles, handrails, and more.
• To ensure there is sufficient time to properly clean each room we are unable to grant late checkouts. Upon vacancy, rooms are thoroughly cleaned using CDC guidelines and industrial grade disinfectants.
• During this time, stayover housekeeping service is by request only. To minimize in-room contact, our team will not enter a guest room if a guest is present except under emergency circumstances.


All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.


Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. Room rates do not include applicable state and local taxes. All deposits and payments are due in U.S. funds only. We do not accept personal checks as payment upon arrival. Rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.


Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected] and confirmed as received. Cancellations made UP TO 14 days prior to arrival date will result in a refund of the deposit less a $25 service charge. If you cancel within fourteen (14) days of your check-in date and we’re able to re-book your room, you will not be charged. If we are unable to rebook the entire reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card.
If you fail to show up for your reservation you will be charged for the entire stay.

Rooms reserved through online travel agencies such as, Expedia and Priceline are non-refundable. If you choose to change or cancel your reservations booked through an online travel agency, you will not be refunded any of the payment. Please review the cancellation policies listed on their sites prior to booking.


Cancellation requests for group reservations must be sent to [email protected] and confirmed as received. Cancellations made up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will result in a refund less a $25 service charge per room.  If you cancel within thirty (30) days of your check-in date and we are able to re-book your rooms, your payment will be refunded (service charge still applies).

If we are unable to re-book the entire reservation block, you will be refunded for the rooms we were able to re-book less a $25 service charge per room. If your group fails to show up for your reservation, the full payment amount will be forfeited.



Check in is available from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Providing us with an estimated time of arrival in advance will help us make every effort to have your room ready upon arrival.


If you anticipate arriving later than 6pm please call the inn to make arrangements for a late check in.


Check out time for guests is at 11AM.


Parking is provided on site and is complimentary. One vehicle per room is allowed. Parking is at your own risk; The White Moose Inn assumes no responsibility for theft or damage to your vehicle on our premises.


Smoking is strictly prohibited at White Moose Inn. Don’t even think about it. For your safety and those of others, candles, or other sources of open flame are not permitted in the guestrooms. Any guest violating the non-smoking or open flame policy will be billed an additional $250 plus specialty cleanup costs and will be held responsible for damages to the room.


We are certain that your children are adorable and extremely well behaved, but, regrettably, we do not accept children under the age of 18.


If you simply cannot be separated from your pooch, fear not. The Cottage’s pet friendly policy will accommodate very well behaved canines provided they are accompanied by better behaved owners. Pets cannot be left unattended at any time during their stay and must be on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible to clean after their pets and will be charged for any damage to our property.
